I recently tried this product from Camera Stopper ( www.camerastopper.com ) and it works!
SUPER PROTECTOR - The ORIGINAL Multi-Angle Anti-Photo License Plate Cover - Available in domestic, international, and motorcycle sizes.
How do photo-radar, toll road, & red light cameras work? Special camera and computer technology combine to photograph your vehicle as you drive by, and record your movement. A ticket is then issued and mailed to you. Radar and laser detectors are ineffective due to the narrow beam width and angle across the road. Even if you do detect the beam, its too late. You’re caught!
How does the Super Protector work? Photo-radar, toll road, and red light cameras operate at known angles to the direction of traffic flow. Using a passive, state-of-the-art light-bending lens, the camera is unable to see the plate numbers, and identify your vehicle. The license plate is still completely readable from straight on. Don’t drive without the SuperProtector! Contact Camera Stopper Today!

here’s a good way …
here’s a good way to beat those red light cameras…..not run them. Learn what intersections have the cameras and when approaching these intersections on yellow, simply stop. Why chance it? For speed trap cameras (Which we have here in Cleveland, Ohio), simply slow 5 to 10 mph slower than the posted speed limit when approaching said speed trap camera. Once by it, resume posted speed limit. You wont get a ticket blowin thru a speed trap camera 10 mph slower than what the posted speed is.
